Why orders receiving notifications are going to spam?
Please help!

one explanation:
possibly, because your Site is hosted on a Server, hosting known, indexed SPAM-Sites.
Then, if this IP is bound with/to your Shop Site, then all Mails, coming from this IP,
are possibly taxed automatically as potential SPAM.

Hard to say the exact reason but log into your hosting account and 'whitelist' the senders address.

Is this the admin confirmation or the email your customers receive when placing an order?

Hi, i'm using opencart 2.1.0.2 and my order emails are being classified as spam. I checked the email header and gmail says that the DMARC regist failed.

The question is... I'm using the same email to send my newsletter with sendpulse and the emails that come from sendpulse are ok, the DMARC is ok. Only the emails from opencart are failing. Anyone experienced this?

When you use Sendpulse, the emails are sent from their trusted IP address and headers. Check with your hosting company to make sure your DKIM, SPF and other records are properly configured.
