product options and attributes

Hello!


I am using 1.5.6.4.

I need to show, on every product the next options:

1) If you have accumulated 100 reward points, this product is cheaper by 10%!

(and, if the costumer checks this options, the product price will be 10% cheaper).

2) if you buy three identical products, the price of your order will be 10% cheaper!

And, so it will be!

So, what do I have to do in options or attributes to make these things work on the website?
