We have a few customers in our store that are not getting email notifications or delivery update emails

We have checked with their companies IT departments to see if it was caught in their spam filters but it was not

When we change their account email to our email it works and we get the emails

One other strange event with their account .. we cannot change / and order like we can with others ..

Our gut feeling is 'could their account somehow be corrupt'?

Thanks in advance for any help

it depends on many different 'things', it could be your own ADMIN eMail, beeing part of some blacklist, or your Server/Hoster IP, or then some filters on the other Side, hindering some Mails, from certain 'Places', to ever reach their destination. Especially under the Aspect, that some Mails seem to 'function', and others obviously don't.

Good Luck, start the checks, by use of another admin eMail address, not using the same mailhost name, as before..
and then, keep on... ;)

But, if you cannot CHANGE some Values, changeable by default on your own Server and DB, then, you have a problem anyway, wich should been taken care of, immediately.
