Add PGP encryption to contact us page

Is there a way i can add a public PGP key to contact us page to auto encrypt messages ?

Possibly, you find some infos here, but there is not much around, otherwise, on such, especially regarding OC
But, why not just use HTTPS, to make all of your traffic secure ?

i already use ssl and have https everywhere

i have seen marketplace websites using PGP encryption to send messages

obviously i then need to decrypt manually with GPA when i open message
i simply want them encrypted with my public key
