Image manager greyed out, not working

Hello,

I cannot upload any pictures because when I try, the whole image manager is greyed out, and if I clicked once it goes away.

Oddly, the image manager on mobile works.

I have 2.1.0.1

Any ideas?

It is a CSS problem, I solved it a couple times but don't remember the solution out of my head now. If you search the forum I think I answered it before somewhere, it has to do with z-index and positioning of the background layer that is on top of the image manager instead of behind it.

Has anyone found the solution to this problem yet. I was able to find the thread where a solution was proposed but that didn't work out. If some one has rectified this issue of greyed out Image Manager then please share the solution.
