Can i desactivate an extension in one store of a multistore instalation?

I mean, i have 2 stores in the same installation, and i have an extension that made some modifications in the price, that don't works ok with discounts and i want to desactivate in one in the stores, in the store that i don't need it and only makes that the store do not work

By default, no. But there is an extension - something like multistore manager - that I think will do this. Do a search.

Otherwise, it could be done, though you'd have to hire a developer to add a condition based on the store id.
