My client just contacted saying suddenly there are no products visible in the admin area, they provided login and quite right there are no products visible yet there are products on the front end.

The store is using a mass update module with various other modules which were all compatible when I installed them.

They said they haven't done anything apart from update products basic stuff, I'm waiting to get ftp details to look at logs, has anybody ever seen this before?

Any idea what might have happened?
