Issue installing Import/Export extension

Hello

Using Extension Installer to install opencart-2-0-x-export-import-multilingual extension and getting the below error. Any idea what might be the cause or solution?

Second that. I have been struggling with this all day. Still having trouble after running the installer fix and configuring a new account for the FTP. I'm at a loss. $:-\$
