Nevermind! I got a captcha.php file from a quickinstall theme, it's DONE!

I lost a lot of time to fix the problem with Captcha. I'm using Opencart 2.0.3.1 with Monster theme.
I really don't know why this file was missing.

Hi. I have same issue - captcha image do not show out in contact and review. I am using opencart 2.0.1.1 with monster template. I tried download the file chulcha provided. But it is till cannot work.
Help, please.
