Looking for similiar extension

Is there an extension like this one for opencart? Or is someone currently developing one?

It would be nice if the module/extension would also allow for 'random' products to be linked to 'random customers', to simulate a really active store.

Describe what you want.
I have a popup block for the just purchased products,
I have a popup block for the featured products

Also, it is popup block on another site as advertising (list featured products)

Ideally, I would let the extension pick 'random items at a /random/ interval' display the same way as in the link above; so that you can simulate an active shop. And/or show purchases 'real time'.

So a popupblock :
