Opencart Shopping portal connect to Android app?

Dear sir,

I'm developing a shopping portal on opencart technology, and after website compilation, i want to start android & iphone app development. But i'm very confused, regarding mobile app.

I want to display same product and all details of website on both mobile application, i want to ask you, can it is possible ? can i connect same database and same opencart products on mobile app? can i manage all platform website and mobile app from opencart admin panel.
