Order emails date added showing wrong

Hi there,

I do have a theme installed, but it hasn't changed the default files.

in the order email sent to customer and to admin I get this under order details...

Order ID: 7896
Date Added: 13pm31UTC_f2015Wed, 13 May 2015 15:34:12 +000005pm31_12032015Wed, 13 May 2015 15:34:12 +000031
Payment Method: PayPal
Shipping Method: Free Shipping


As you can see the 'date added' is messed up? Any ideas whats wrong?
