vQmod Extensions needed

Hi,
I need 3x vQmod extensions for OC 2.0.1.1
- Popop subscription form: enter email address, get a 10% off voucher
- Product Manager that allows direct editing of price and quantity (at least), without having to go into the product iteself
- Abandoned order survey
The OC Extensions list hasn't thrown anything up.
Anybody know of anything?
