Text_Items don't work

Hi

I have transferred my domain to another hosting server. After the transfer I have uploaded all my files back to the new server including the phpadmin files. But after this my text_items didn't work on my site. I got a lot of bugs such as "text_login", "text_register", "decimal_point", "text_latest", etc.

I have checked the language files, but they seem like to be ok. Does anyone knows something about this? I have checked the internet but I didn't found anything.
