Remove Out of Stock Products from Bestsellers Module?

Hi all,

I'm using Opencart 1.5.6.4 and incorporated the Bestsellers module through the Journal theme, however it is showing Out of Stock Products, is there a way to get around this and remove out of stock products from showing in this?
