Date on Invoice displaying weird

New install, couple days old and still testing out... no mods or such, but all of a sudden my date is being displayed weird on an order's invoice, like this;

Order ID: 20
Date Added: 09pm30UTC_f2015Thu, 09 Apr 2015 17:09:56 +000004pm30_56052015Thu, 09 Apr 2015 17:09:56 +000030
Payment Method: Cheque / Money Order
Shipping Method: Free Shipping


The 1st several test orders we did had the date displayed normal, but these last few orders we ran through started displaying the date like this.

Any idea what would cause this.
