I have a problem in the search

Hello dears,

Please i have a problem in my website concerning the search function,
try to visit itstore-lb.com and search about anything in the search bar what happens is the searched item is under the homepage and not in another page which don't have anything but the searched item..
I contacted the template developer and he told me the problem is in default OpenCart source please check it,

I checked 'itstore-lb.com'. Search is working fine and is listing the results at the end of the page. What you have done is that you have configured the search page layout to include all the things that are included in your home page. So it appears to you that search results are getting displayed on the home page. Go to the search page layout and remove the things that you don't want to see on the search page.

I have the same issue as TS on 1.5.6.1 website.

In System Settings Layout there is no 'Search" layout.

Maybe that's why it's using the Default layout. I know how to create Layout but i don't know how to assign it to Search results page if this is the way to do it..

Well it was too easy, just created and gave a new layout the route product/search and it's solved now.
