How do I fix this problem?

Hi,
I'm trying to add a shopping cart to my site, and I chose Opencart. Does anyone has an experience with it? I installed an app called MAMP (which seems to be needed for this shopping cart to work), and now I'm trying to configure it, but they are talking about local hosting and I'm not quite sure if I'm going the right way...
