I have done the smtp settings. contact form mails come to admin mail there is no problem, order mails go to clients' mails; BUT order mails do not come to admin?

what is the reason and solution for this problem?

contact form worked,
your customer alert mail worked,
but your can not receive the mail mostly you hosting set some safety setting
prevent self-to-self mail.

in Additional Alert E-Mails:
try enter another email.

Try making a mandrill smtp account to see if that works - worked for me.
