failed to open stream

Hi there. I finally managed to upgrade to 2.0 and got everything working. It is not easy to upgrade from 1.5 by the way. Anyway I am now getting some errors and do not know what they mean. I am not a coder so anyone that could advise, I would be grateful

It is a permission error, Provide full read write permission to system/cache folders.

I set the permissions to 777 but I still get the error.
