Open Cart 2.0.1.1

When I place an order, the order confirmation mail is blank. There is the subject line, but it the message body is blank. This doesn't happen with the web mail through the computer, my business partner's Samsung, or the gMail application on my phone. Only through the default mail application that comes with the phone itself. I have googled the forums and found similar issues, but NONE of those fixed my specific issue. I am not familiar with web design or coding enough to diagnose on my own any further. Any input or ideas?
