Error: Could not load template ** template/module/itabs

I've updated my OC from v1.5.4 to 1.5.5.1. Everything appears to be working correctly EXCEPT the home page is giving me this error -

Notice: Error: Could not load template */shop/catalog/view/theme/default/template/module/itabs.tpl! in */shop/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 75

If I access my site from the admin or if I type in the address it works, however when I click my logo in the header to go back to the home page I receive the error above. I am at a loss and don't know what to do! I've already re-installed the upgrade package and I still get the error.
