upgrade to 1.5.4.1

The instructions say to upgrade to go to install/upgrade.php but that file doesn't exist in the zip file I downloaded to the site... so where can I get the file, or how do I upgrade?

I too would also like to know how to upgrade from 1.5.3 to 1.5.4 anyone care to explain?

As a web developer I really need to know how to do it myself. The instructions say there should be a file, but it's not there...
