Upgrade error to 1.5.4.1

Table 'PPCO5.product_tag' doesn't exist

is it just a matter of putting in that table? but if already missing, should that table have already contained some content?

i don't see oc_product_tag in the default opencart.sql 1.5.4.1 install file either, it's only in the 1.5.4.1 upgrade.sql file. was oc_product_tag dropped from 1.5.4.1 going forward but if it was there before that it is kept as a kind of legacy table?

Having the same problem after trying to upgrade using a theme. What is the solution? You are unable to log in as admin after this has happen.
