upgrade from 1.5.1.3 to current version - failure

I clicked upgrade and I got the following errors

And see below that for the error I get on the store front page. http://www.dealo.com.au

Can anyone suggest a solution?

i am suffering from the same problem as well. I have followed the instructions and install from FRESH.. Fresh server and fresh opencart setup.. can anyone help? the same message on the shop title
