pgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.3

After upgrading from 1.5.1 to 1.5.1.3 there be problems with the payment section.
Can´t get inside to this meny at all and the only thing that showns up is this:

Notice: Error: Could not load language payment/web_payment_software! in /customers/0/9/3/***********.se/httpd.www/system/library/language.php on line 26

The file is in the directory. What to do???

This web_payment_software is new for this version???
