Error when upgrading open cart

Hi,
When i doing upgrade my open cart, error occured , need help

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home1/myhost/public_html/store/install/model/upgrade.php on line 54
Could not Execute: ALTER TABLE option_value ADD image varchar(255) NOT NULL COMMENT '' COLLATE utf8_bin AFTER option_id;
Table 'imazenet_store.option_value' doesn't exist

If any body knows how to solve it please let me know.

What version are you upgrading from?
Does the table option_value really not excist?
