[1.4.9.x] Copying the Flat Rate shipping moduel?

How do I copy the Flat Rate shipping module to create a second one? Creating a new Geo Zone won't work for what I need to do.

You don't want to do that. Either use the weight based module and use 9999999:10.00 simulate a flat rate
or use the "Multi-Flat Rate" extension
