Whenever I add an item to the cart I got this(Notice: Undefined index: maximum in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/shop/system/library/cart.php on line 135) and (Undefined index: maximum in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/shop/system/library/cart.php on line 150 ) can someone help me please.

It's difficult to see where the problem is from your error message. The field 'maximum' was added to the product table in OC 1.4.9.5, and it looks like one of your files hasn't been updated correctly to reflect this change. It seemed like OC 1.4.9.5 also had a number of bugs at release, so you may have gotten a bad upgrade there.
My guess is that if you download the 1.4.9.5 files and just upload them again this problem will be solved.
