Hello everybody.
I have a couple of old Opencart installations (1.5.3.1 and 1.5.4) and I should update them to the latest stable version (3.0.2.0 or whatelse it is).
Now, as far as I know, it's not possible to upgrade those old versions, so I should start from the beginning with installing a new one.
Since both those websites have several hundreds of products and I really don't want to upload them one by one, is it possible to export the old catalogue and import it in the new version?
Thanks.

I think that the real problem is with the extensions. I used several of them and some are not updated for latest OC versions.
It looks like I have to start from the beginning.

Well, you don't need to upgrade to one of the later OC-2 or 3-Versions, since
you then cannot use anything from your existing Extensions/Themes any longer.
I would rather just install a responsive Theme, or move up to the latest v.1.5.6.5_rc,
then, the majority of your existing Extensions could be still used, even, if some of them
possibly also require some slight adaptions, to work with responsive Themes.
Good Luck!
