How to send PayPal recurring invoices with IPN

I want OpenCart to automatically send recurring PayPal invoices on to customers.

I believe PayPal uses a service called IPN. IPN somehow calls back to my website whenever a recurring profile has been charged. I want OpenCart to handle this callback and email a copy of the invoice to my customer. For most customers, this should happen each month.

In other words... how do it configure OpenCart to automatically send recurring invoices to customers when a PayPal IPN callback has occurred?

Do you have a video for this exactly scenario? Or written instructions?
