Horizontal options

Hi all,
Im trying to make my colour options horizontal instead of vertical, anything I have found on the boards is for earlier versions and seems to be out of date. I did start another thread but most of my wording was wrong so am trying again
I like how the OC default image option lets me upload my own colour swatches and that each swatch has the colour name ( label) displayed, I just need them horizontal as I can have up to 25 different unique colours
my OC version is 1.5.6.4.
Im also using Qphorias option price update redux and the theme im using is ultimatum from the althemist. if that helps at all.
