Sitemap date Error on google webmaster tool

I am getting the following error in Webmaster Tools, How can I fix this?
An invalid date was found. Please fix the date or formatting before resubmitting.
Parent tag: url
Tag: lastmod
Value: -0001-11-30T00:00:00+06:46
This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit.
Parent tag: image
Tag: loc

Find out the item with broken date and open/save it.

The easiest way is to look right in the database tables, date_modified field.

Thanks for your reply, do i need to edit every product from the phpmyadmin change the date_modified to NOW? please see attached file.

For starters you simply need to copy date_added to date_modified, where date_modified is empty (0000-00-00 00:00:00).
P.S.: Never ever in the future make screenshots from your monitor. Make normal screenshots like everybody else.

I am having this same problem but there are no broken date links
and gettings this same error mentioned below:
This is not a valid URL. Please correct it and resubmit.
Examples
URL:
Line 1 Parent tag: image
Tag: loc
I don't know the reason of this error date modified is not zero anywhere image urls are fully base urls please help!
