I am using Opencart 2.0.3.1 and have an extension installed which means that a customer has to order a minimum of 12 items in order to checkout for delivery.
I also want to allow customers to pick up in store without having to place this minimum order.
The trouble is, Opencart checks the amount first, and insists the customer purchase the minimum of 12 items regardless of whether they then choose delivery or store pick up.
Is there a way around this, where I can get the cart to look at the delivery option first, and then only to enforce the minimum purchase amount when home delivery is selected?
You could do this with Restrict Shipping Methods. What you could do is restrict all shipping options to only be enabled if there were 12 items in the cart, except for Pickup From Store. That one would always be available.
