Hi,
I am trying to create a store for organic food sales online. This has stores located in multiple locations in the same city. I am looking for a module or solution were customer can select nearest store for delivery of the products purchased.
Request to please suggest what can be done. closest of modules i have researched is "Store Pickup Shipping". this extension gives option to pickup however i would require to shipping.

How do you calculate your shipping cost to that store? If it's a flat rate or a formula, you could use Formula-Based Shipping for that. You'd set up the rates based on the different store options, and the customer's postcode, to give them an option of which store to ship to.

If you're using live rates, you'd need a more complex setup. Ultimate Shipping might work for that, but it depends on how you calculate things.
