As you can see there does not seem to be any other options available in this panel. I want to be able to add a Direct Deposit payment option so the users can place their order and receive an order confirmation. Then I want the administrator to manually login to her Merchant Payment Gateway and manually process the clients credit card details.

I've never used OpenCart before so I need help.

If you login as administrator, in menu go to system/users/user groups.
Edit administrator option and check all modules in both access and modify permission and save it.
In opencart, bank transfer option is available as default.

I checked your admin. It seems that you don't have complete control at your back end admin side. You have to ask the one who created the site. They gave you only user rights. It means you can upload and edit products but can't modify core level functions, modules etc.

If you have all source files, contact any opencart experts who can help you .
I have attached screenshots of default opencart admin back end store. Kindly check this. You can understand why your payment module don't show up in admin side.
