Hi
Can anyone help please. I have had two orders placed through my website. The one order went through fine received the payment notification and the details of the job, the second however stayed in the customers basket, no details of order in admin, yet I received payment from paypal. How do I resolve this issue? Please please help having to phone customer and explain their order hasn't come through and for them to send all details via email to me looks unprofessional.

Were you able to solve this problem? I am having very similar problem. Have tried multiple gateways and don't get confirmation back after payment (but order gets processed by payment merchant). Customer keeps clicking the "checkout" button thinking nothing has happened and end up having multiple charges.

:( I too am having the same issue and don't know where to go to investigate the problem.

I am using a third party extension (VirtualMerchant) and when the "Confirm Order" button is pressed the customer receives a confirmation Email and an order is received into the OpenCart system. However, the store notification Email is never sent, the payment is not processed through the merchant and the item remains in the cart.

Certainly there have been others that have had similar experiences and resolved them. Is there anyone that can offer suggestions on how to overcome this issue? PLEASE

I am having the same problem, but I see that in 11 months, no one has answered. Some support forum.

(I'm fairly new to OpenCart and am singularly unimpressed with the overall documentation and support offered. Freeware, but very difficult to figure out whenever anything goes wrong, which it does).

In my case, I'm using Blue Pay but getting similar symptoms.
1. Click "Confirm Order"
2. Button changes to "Loading"
3. Button returns to "Confirm Order", and page stays the same, leading one to think that the transaction didn't go through.
4. Meanwhile, Blue Pay processes the order and sends a confirmation e-mail to the customer and to the merchant.

How does this get resolved? I'm hopeful some of the prior complaintants have solved this problem by now.

I have had the exact same problem! I have spent a week trying to figure out what I've done wrong? What you have described above is exactly what I have in my cart. It seems NO ONE will help. I've been on-line with a Blue Pay developer and he has a message into OpenCart people....he said he would let me know when he hears from them. Apparently, BluePay paid OpenCart to fix this, however no one can seem to get it.

I'm glad I found this thread anyway.
