Product Category Filter in Admin Section

Hello,

I found an interesting extension module which allows us to filter the products based on categories. Extension_id=26182

However, It appears to be clashing with other extensions / scripts I used. Can someone assist me in modifying the extension so that it does not clash with other extensions I have.

When I tried to edit variables including the fields coming from database, the website stopped crashing, however, the filters got screwed up.

When I press the filter button, I get blank variables as

&filter_prod_categories=,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

The product page is not reading data being pulled from the controller and also not sending it back as it did not read it.

Please help
