Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/muziwtyy/public_html/vqmod/vqmod.php:124) in /home/muziwtyy/public_html/system/library/session.php on line 21

Im getting the error below, when i clear the vqmod cache over the nitropack isenselabs module.
Do you have any idea why this is happening?
