Syntax error and parsererror while uploading extension

I'm trying to reinstall an extension (ocmod.zip) and everytime I get this message :
Warning : ftp_login() login incorrect. ... Login failed
I can provide a screenshot of the error message : https://www.web-site-tuning.com/parsererror.jpg

So you have checked if FTP username and password are correctly?

Or use a no ftp ocmod extension.
