Out Of Stocks on Product Variants

Hi – Is there a mod that will alter stock levels for a products variant rather than just the overall quantity?

I have just purchased the Option Image plugin for OpenCart but when I add the quantities of the variants they do not alter the overall quantity of the product. eg. A scarf comes in 4 colours and each colour has a quantity. If one colour sells and is out of stock it doesn’t tell me that that particular colour is now out of stock.

Well, beeing around here for a little while already, one should know,
that, without mentioning Version Number and Theme used, as well as
links to Extensions used, not much on Wisdom can be expected in return.
