I need to ask our customers two checkbox questions when they register an account upon checkout, and then I would like these two checkbox answers to be visible in the order confirmation.
Later I don't want these checkboxes to be visible either in the customer's account or on a later order confirmation. Does anyone know of an extension that can do this?
I tried with Custom Registration Fields, but then the questions stay in the customer's account information.

Nevertheless, they are both linked by the same extension you are using which describes similar issues that may caused by the same extension. In either case, you should contact the extension developer to resolved this issue.

Thank you, I have been in contact with the developer of the extension, and it is outside the box of what his extension can do. That is why I am reaching out asking for a solution I am not able to solve.

No problem. If no extensions can match your requirements from the Marketplace, you could always submit a new request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this done as a custom job.
