Multiple Price totals based on Payment Method

I am sorry if there is a post about this extension request, but I cannot find a post with the search terms I have used.

I would like to find, or pay for, an extension I can configure in admin somewhere for each payment method offered and can add a price percentage for each which will show up as a "table" on product page with discount offerings in mind.
I am attaching an image to show how I would like to to appear on the product page itself instead of just the one price. I am using Metals Spot Price by VINDHYAVART, which changes that portion of OC for pricing FYI, and OC version 2.3.0.2.

Any info or help would be appreciated and I am willing to pay a developer to help out on this.
