Directory containing files to be uploaded could not be found!

I'm a newbie as far as open cart. Im trying to install a featured mod but what ever I do it will not install. It goes half way and I get an error of----

Directory containing files to be uploaded could not be found!

I have tried with and without ftp. No matter what I do it doesnt work. I even add .ocmod after the filename.
Im running the Latest version 2.3.0.2

I tried to install the test mod Quickfix oc 2.0.0.0 from a previous post and it still does the same thing.

Any help would be great.
