navigation menu in mobile version appeare by default 3 dashes under each other
my visitor dont know that is menu and contain categories
is there any other way to view it clearly?

Well without knowing the fastor theme doubt you will get much help.
Try looking at the ocmod and then search your files for file edits, they may be in different places or different files.

I'm trying to find an extension that will display products inside categories / subcategories, whenever I hover on the category in the dropdown menu- exactly the same as on this site: https://www.smartbuyglasses.co.uk/

Go to the Contact Lenses menu and if you hover on any of the brands the products pop up, along with images, on hover for each brand.

I can't seem to find any extension that will do this in OpenCart, but can someone advise. Really need to get this set up. Thanks.
