Product extension, storage quantity and Taxes

Hi

I'm looking extension that I could change products storage quantity straight from the admin product list. Now I need to go to product and then change quantity.

And is there extension for taxes that gices me opportunity to write price with taxes instead of without taxes.

As now you add price for products without taxes and OC calculates taxes By itself, so it is pretty hard to way....might be easier when you put price with tax-
