Live Price Update/Price Options

Hello. I'm trying to find a way how to remove the + and/or - symbols from prices when I have various options. It shows like this now:

Small
Medium + $5.50
Large + $10.50
Ex Large + $20.50

But I want the options to look like this:

Small
Medium
Large
X-large

Would someone please let me know what file to edit and with what information -- or is there an extension that will fix this?

I've found extensions for live price updates but the ones I've checked out all have the +/- symbol.
