Show option values on category page

Hello there,

I have a question. I want to show options and their values on the category page.
Something like that:



Where "sizes" is an option and "41,42,43,44,45" are the corresponding option values.
Also i want to display stock status right in there.

I have seen some mods doing that, but they add functionality like selecting the options right on the category text, I don't need anything like that, just plain text for the visitors convenience.

Basically something like this page, but just not with attributes but options:
