Hi new guy here.

Hope this is ok to ask here!
Does experience show that it is better to have multiple products with different sizes(just an example) and prices or one product with options for each size and price?

My gut feel is that its better to have separate products and not have to worry about add on amounts for each size.

I would really appreciate some input before i bang all my stock in?

Thanks
Tim

I have tried to get product options working but can not, the stock will not work correctly and you need to pay for a module or add seperate products.

If your product has one "SUB" option for instance just different colors you can get it to work.

Easiest is separate products. However the key is to consider two additional issues:

1. Making it simple for your customers to find the product and buy... for most people selecting the product and then the size cuts down on the complexity and time to find a product
2. Search Engine Optimisation - having too many similar products can be seen as duplicate products by search engines which can lead to each of the products ranking lower
