OpenCart Version 2.0.1.0

Hoping once of you lovely people will be able to help me on this super annoying issue...

Whenever a button is clicked (eg. add to cart on category page), there's a blue border following the action/focus.

I can't find it anywhere in the CSS. Anyone able to advise on it's location please?
